Fear not, there is usually an easy fix for this!
1. Make sure that the code is being entered correctly. Try typing in the code instead of copying and pasting (depending on your browser this may be a problem).
2. Some codes are case sensitive, so be sure you are entering correctly
3. Make sure that you are applying the code to the correct item as exclusions can sometimes apply.
4. Double-check the expiration date for the coupon code.
If you have tried all of these things and are still having trouble, please contact us prior to placing your order as we are typically unable to offer price adjustments once an order is submitted.

We strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible. All of our items are made to order, not made in advance. Processing on most items is from 2-5 business days. At checkout, you can choose from different shipping options from USPS. All orders are printed in house in Las Vegas, NV USA.
Order Shipping Address Change.
Contact us right away and we will help assist you with an address change for your order. We are not responsible for mistakes in the shipping address provided by the buyer.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders +$35 within the us.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We currently offer United States Postal Service (USPS).
Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details. You can also go to your order history under My Account to look up tracking info.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re happy to ship your order internationally. We do not collect customs duties or import taxes at the time of purchase. Please check all applicable customs laws to know your country’s current tax rates.
Note: Due to the global pandemic, International orders can take up to 10 weeks to be delivered.
My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
You can view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. You can also contact us at any time and we’ll be glad to assist. Once your order has shipped, we can assume no further liability. We are not responsible for losses due to actions by the United States Postal Service. We cannot guarantee delivery times, or be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Returns & Exchanges:
Unfortunately, since our items are made to order we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact us as soon as possible as we try to assist you but we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders that may have already started production. But if you have any problems with your items, please contact us to open up a conversation on how we may address your issue and send us an email. we are always here to help.
Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly.
Damaged or Incorrect:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.
Items are eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective item, incorrect item, damaged in transit.
