We decided to try a new place today, Gorditas El Fogon

They first start with a fresh hand made Gordita

They then stuff it with the meat of your choice

We tried the Al Pastor, Carne Asada and Tinga de Pollo. The Tinga de Pollo was our favorite of the 3.
